Returns and Refunds Policy
Summary
Instead of going through a long and boring policy, here is the gist. Any item received in faulty, damaged or unusable condition, will be refunded without second thought. Just click a picture and mail us at hello@squtag.com. Since these are products custom made for your personalised squtags, it wont be possible for us to refund in cases of wrong or incorrect order placements though. Hope you understand. In case a refund is due, you might be asked to ship the item back to us. Thanks.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
If an item was purchase at a discounted price, we would be able to refund only the amount you paid. That’s kinda obvious right?
Returns
If you are needed to retune a product, kindly do not mail it to our office address on the website. That is where we work, eat and chill out. Not where we manufacture the products. So please adhere to the instructions, particularly the return address, that will be communicated to you once the refund is approved.
However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sorry about this, but we tried to work around it, but the sheer amount of customers we have and their geographic locations, with their varying options and prices of returns, makes it not possible for us to manage this from our end. We looked around and all our startup friends like us are following the same method. Hopefully one day, we will be as huge as Amazon and would be able to handle this for free. Fingers crossed!
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please be patient!
Also a tip. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
